Why is Ceredigion a good place to live?

Its beaches, rural villages, low house prices and quality of life have won it top ranking in a new poll.

When the survey compared factors influencing quality of life, the county came fifth behind leafy Wokingham and Chiltern, but when property prices were factored in, it came first.
